Contact Form not working

Hi,

it seems that Contact Form 7 is not working. I tried to deactivate all plugins and still doesn't work:

I have the plugin working on other themes in the same server with no issues..

Can you help?

The Contact Form displayed the 'Message sent' information.

Did you recive it? Please check spam
