Missing Multiple Icons within BeTheme?

I have recently installed BeTheme (my third purchase of the site template) and am running into trouble with the pre-loaded icon set. Especially concerning the social media icons. Many of them are missing - nothing for instagram or for facebook - is there a reason for this? In previous sites i've designed with BeTheme this was never an issue. 

Is the something I'm doing wrong? Something I can do to fix this?

Hi,
We suggest to re-install the BeTheme.
Deregister the license key, then remove all of the files of betheme via the FTP connection and upload them again, but please, download the package from the ThemeForest once more.

Remember, your settings and all of your content will not be removed because they are stored in the database.
To be 100% safe, please make a backup:

All steps were followed and the same result persists. Where are these icons pulling from in the theme package? I can transfer them from a previously working icon set from one of my previous installs.

Please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of your browser and check if the issue still exists.
