Same error as everyone else - Layer Slider update fails

Hi

I'm trying to update Layer Slider to the most recent release in my BeTheme (paid and registered), and it is not working on automatic update.  How do I do a manual update please?

Verified through your license tool the license is valid and support still exists. Disabled all plugins to try this and still fails.

Seems to be a common issue right now. 2 other plugins updated just fine through the auto update but this one failed and has failed ever since

    Hi,
    Please disable all of the plugins, then deregister the license key from
    your dashboard, then check through the API tool I sent you in the
    previous reply if this license key is not still assigned on your
    website, if it is, please deregister it.
    Then, register it on your website again and try to update this plugin like 3-4 times (with all of the plugins disabled)
