Disable enlarge on hover for featured image on single post blog page

In the single post blog page my featured image enlarges on hover. How do I disable this. I feel like I've looked in theme options at least 3 times.

Hi,

Please go to the Theme Options > Global > General and change the "Style" field in the "Image Frame" section to the "Disable hover effect" option.
