top padding on mobile logo not showing

I'm currently using the Betheme - Surfing for http://sacredceremonies.us. The padding on the mobile view nav logo isn't showing at the top of the logo. Link to Screenshot from iphone below. Other browsers show the same. I tried messing with settings but nothing is working. How can I add padding at the top of the logo?

Please paste this code into the Theme Options > Custom CSS & JS > CSS

@media (max-width:767px){
	#Top_bar {
		padding-top:25px;
		padding-bottom:25px;
	}
}

It will solve your problem.
