Is it possible to hide :

Subheader
Breadcrumb
author name
date

on a single portfolio entry ?

Hi,

yes, it is possible of course. You can hide all those details within below custom css:

.single-portfolio #Subheader { display: none; }
.single-portfolio .post-meta .author-date { display: none; }

Is there a WordPress filter we can use to not render these for the page? Your solution only hides them with CSS and they are still available to screen readers, Google, etc.
