Large photo on the home page below menu

Hi everyone. I can't find how to make this. I would like to have a big photo (whole screen) with a text on it, just below menu. It would look like this:

Read and watch a lot of documentation but can't find the answer.

Hi,

It's just a Full HD image inserted as the "Background-Image" in the section with item inside and paddings applied.

Of course, you can turn on the "Full Screen" option, to display the image on the whole display range.
