Hi,
Your BeTheme is very old, please update it to the newest version by removing the theme files via the FTP, then upload new files downloaded from the ThemeForest.
You will not lose any of your settings and your content because they are stored in the database.
If you have made some theme files customizations, then you will lose them.

Please be sure that your PHP version is 7 or higher.

Also, be sure that your WP version is up to date.
