Hi,

1) It looks like you don't have the "Constructor" slider.

Please create this slider or change the slider to display to other.

If this slider is coming from our pre-built website, then you can download only the slider, how?

From the version 20, we have introduced a new way of installing sliders.
Now, when you install a pre-built website, the slider is imported
automatically. You can also import them without installing the
pre-built website.
Here is a screenshot for better understanding:

If you do not see this option, please make sure that revolution slider
is installed and active. Also, the version of your theme must be 20.0 or
more

2) Please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of your browser and then try to update the theme.

If this won't help you, then please tell me, is there any error message? (if is, please send the whole error message)
