Button links open in target_blank instead of target_self

Hi there

Even though I use code

[button title="Read More" link="/documents/page-link/" target="_self" align="" icon="" icon_position="" color="#BF0D1A" font_color="#ffffff" size="2" full_width="" class="" download="" rel="" onclick="" border-color="white"]

In the front-end when clicking on the button, it opens in target_blank.

What could be the issue here?

This happens on two sites I am building.

Hi,

To achieve the "_self" effect, just remove the whole target="_self".

It's behaving as self by default.

Hi Pablo, on another site I am using

3 columns (1/3,1/3,1/3) within a wrapper within a section.

Each column has a button below the content, the buttons however do not line up.

Is there a way for all the buttons to align, even though one column has more content than the other.

Hi,

You can use the "Equal Height | Items in Wrap", it will automaticaly make the size of the columns the same.

It's in the section settings(pencil icon).

Hi Pablo, thank you,seeing as one column inside a wrap 1/2 and 1/2 has more content (text before the button) than the other half, do you mean to put the button seperately in another wrap below the text?

You should insert the button in the column because of the "Equal Height Items in Wrap"
Of course, it depends on how you want to make it look like, but with the layout, you got now it's the best solution.

though, now it throws it out on responsive view, so will need to adjust with CSS.
