how move inline CSS to CSS files?

I have a huge inline CSS in my site's header that started with:

<style id="mfn-dynamic-inline-css" type="text/css">

how can i move that to CSS file?

You can store this CSS in the Static CSS file.

Remember to use this option only when your website is finished.
