Problems with single product

My website is https://theunivfilms.com/construction/product/additional-screen/, I have BeTheme as a theme but I have problems because when using Woocommerce I do not recognize the templates in the case of a single product but instead send me to index.php

Did you customize your woocommerce files in any way?

Please reverse all of your changes - change it to the default settings.

Unfortunately, templates will not work in the WooCommerce pages.

If you want to change the layout of the single page, then you can do it in the Theme Options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > Shop

No Woocommerce template was altered. On the site I use Permalink Manager Lite plugin to manage url, when I have it active and visit a product, it sends me to the index.php file and when I disable it, it generates 404 error

Sorry, but we do not support the 'Permalink Manager Lite' plugin.
It could make the problems with the permalinks after using it.

I suggest, to remove this plugin completely and then to remove the 'htaccess' file via the FTP.
After it, go to the Settings > Permalinks and use for a moment another type of permalinks(save options using other type of permalinks, then click to your old type of permalinks and save again)
