Issue with licence

Hi, I am trying to use this licence which is not associated to any site, we have used this license for a project during the testing phase but later we have used another theme for the project.
If i try to use the licence for a new site it show the message:  the licence is already in use for another site and I am asked to deregister the licence and remove the BE directory from the site test.managementmastermind.com but in this site there is no BE theme anymore. So how can I deregister the license so that I can use it for another site?

I have succeed to deregister the theme but now i got this error message

I have commented out these 2 lines and the issue seems to be solved,
any better way to solve the issue in order I won't get any problems later due to these missing 2 lines?

1) Is your WP and BeTheme up to date?

2) Please check if this problem appear when all of your plugins are disabled.
