mobile view in Elementor for image gallery and text

On mobile at the bottom there are two sections, one of logos and one text, is it possible to show these as two columns on mobile. So two columns for the image gallery at the bottom, would also like this centered.

And the last section all the way at the end - I'd like that text to display in 2 columns
