Other social media icons

Hello. On the site that I am creating there are social icons using short codes. For example:

[icon_bar icon="icon-facebook" link="#" target="" size="large" social="facebook"]

I tried to create an Instagram and Yelp one, but the don't have a background when they are scrolled over. 

I created this short code, but it doesn't have the background come up.

[icon_bar icon="icon-yelp" link="https://www.yelp.com/biz/lotus-nails-spa-d-iberville?osq=lotus+nails+spa" target="" size="large" social="yelp"]

If you visit the site, you can see what I mean when you scoll toward the bottom in the section that reads "follow us on social media".

You see the other social icons have a background.

you can change that only with custom css

a.icon_bar_yelp span.b {
	background:blue;
}

a.icon_bar_instagram span.b {
	background:blue;
}
