No able to use WPBakery Page Builder

Hello, I just bought Betheme yesterday and I am having a hard time customizing it, every time I click on WPBakery page builder I get an empty transparent image that has the WPBakery page builder logo, but it won't go away! Please I need some help.

Hi,

Please disable all of the plugins(turn on only the WPBakery), clear the cache of the browser and check if the issue still exists.
