How to change color of line below animated icon in the icon box via CSS?

Hi, 

In just one section (of Muffin builder) via CSS I set a different color of icons than what I have setup in the Muffin options, but I cannot figure out how to change the color of the line that pops up under the icon on mouse hover. Can you please help?

I am using a blue color for icons/buttons etc. set in the Muffin options:

On only one page of the website I need to change the blue color to brown color via CSS, the only thing I don't know how to change the color is the line that pops up under icon on mouse over:

Please paste this code into the Theme Options > Custom CSS  & JS > CSS

body.page-id-21 .icon_box .title::before{
	background-color:brown !important;
}

It will solve your problem
