Sub Item

I've created a menu sub item, but it puts it far to the left. I'd like it to appear as stacked sub items, instead of a line underneath. How can I fix this? Also, when I added the sub items it created more white space at the top of my header, which I don't want.

Thank you for your help! Here is a screenshot - https://snag.gy/epmgkC.jpg. As you as can when you hover under login, the submenu appears far to the left. I'd like them to be stacked beneath login. How do I do that?
