error 404 shows on the new create page

i have create some product pages, but when i tick into the "permalink" it shows error 404. then i went to my domain hoster they tell me that is something wrong with my url lanuage and ask me to come to u to find out if there is some plugins that can fix this.

Hi,

Please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of your browser, then please go to the Settings > Permalinks and change the "Common Settings" to something else(like Plain or Numeric)

Then check if the issue still exists.
