Register / Deregister Theme if you built it up from backup

Hello,

i have a problem. i had a site running with betheme. I dont own this site anymore and i didnt buy the theme it was another developer. So now, the site is still running managed by the other developer. Now, i used Duplicator to rebuilt the site and started a new project. Now i bought a new license and i want to register it, but i can't. 

What can I do now? I can't deregister the original site and i can't deregister the new one. I can't use the api because i don't have the full license key and i have not the themeforest name from the original site.

So what now?

Hi Pablo,

i have not the username of the original key, i have only the username i actually bought for this site. I also don't have the original license key, only the displayed, masked key in the theme dashboard.

Your Topic is fine, i checked it about ten times. This is not working, please read my text above!

We do not manage with license keys so we cannot provide you a license key.
You should have it on your mail or on the ThemeForest account.

Also, if you don't see it on any of these places, you have to contact the ThemeForest support team.
