Update and PHP 7.2

When running PHP Compatibility Checker, the BeTheme came up with errors.  Additionally, it was purchased under an themeforrest account we no longer have access too.  So Two questions.

1) is BeTheme PHP72 compatible?

2) How to I update to the new theme I just downloaded?  There is not an update option in the Theme settings.  When I try to upload it, it gives me the error: The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.

1) The newest version of BeTheme works fine even with the PHP 7.3
