Sidebar is not working in Shop pages !

Hi, I am using BeTheme 21.1 and hosted on EasyWP,  I am facing following issues...

1) The sidebar is not working on the Shop page, I have created the sidebar and have checked all the possible settings. However, the other sidebar is working perfectly on blog pages.

2) Whenever I make any changes in theme setting using Theme Options sometimes it is not being saved after hitting the save button. I need to repeat the same for 3-4 times. 

Please help me in rectifying this issue ...

Please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of your browser and check if the issue still exists.

Thank you Pablo for your quick response, I have already tried this method but it is not working ..

Please make sure you inserted widgets into the "plugin|woocommerce" sidebar in appaerance>widgets
