Border / frame for image

I used the ready-made Theatre site within Be and replaced the photo images on the creative team page, but, I can't get frames around each photo in the theme color.

Also, is there any way to put a translucent layer over a background image to make the content more readable?

In the "Image" item you can find the option for border
