No menu when using Blank Page template.
I am using the Blank Page template, so to create pages from scratch.
Using this option I cannot seem to get any navigation menu to show in the header.
I have tried everything (creating different menus, header builder) nothing seems to work.
Please help as I need a menu, but would still like to use the Blank Page template.

It's not possible to display the header or footer in the page which is using the "Blank Page" template.
This template was made to hide these features.
If you would like to display the menu, you have to recreate it with the Muffin Builder or use another type of template.
