Remove item from product display page

Hello and thanks for your time.

I would like to remove the 'Shop' button and forward/back arrows on the top of the product display page.
I can't find out how to upload a screenshot?

Hi,

Please go to the Theme Options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > General and tick the "Hide Header Arrows" option
