The template does not install

I click on pre built website, I choose one then click on install but nothing happens. 

I try again and follow the steps of the video but it does not work.

Is there any error message?

Are all of the plugins disabled?

Also, check your System Status (BeTheme > System Status) if all requirements for theme are green (are met).
