The first part of the theme missing while installing

When I installed the theme, the first part of the demo missing.

Then I reinstall, the information seem to be repeated.

Please follow all the steps mentioned in that video below.

In your case, you should start from the second minute (2:00) - it will show you, how to re-install the pre-built website.

I have done all this on my site, reset the db try to install a new theme and it doesnt show.  How can I contact you guys?
