Header Builder

I've deactivated/activated the "header builder" but it doesn't seemed to be making any different..example: i assumed when activated the "header" section in the customization section would go grey, but its still live, and when i try to change the header nothing happens

After turning on the "Header Builder" plugin, access to header builder is turning on.

In BeTheme > Header Builder you can customize your header
