Need to de-register and re-register license

My client changed domain names. I need to de-register the purchase code on snellersnowsystems.com and re-register it on snellersg.com. I was able to de-regsiter on snellersnowsystems, but when I try to register or de-register on snellersg.com, I get this error:

Referer domain is different than registered domain. Please contact us using contact form on our Themeforest profile page:
https://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup

I followed the link to de-register the theme at snellersnowsystems.com and it appeared to work, but I still can't get the theme to update on snellersg.com. I even tried de-registering and re-registering the theme there in the WP dash again...

Please help, their slider is broken.

Still getting this error when I try to update theme: 
An error occurred while updating Betheme: The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.

Please try to update the theme 2-3 times. This sometimes happens just after you register again.

I've probably tried it 20 times over several days. No luck... Can you think of other ideas??

Did you disable all of the plugins before doing it?

Remember to clear the cache of the browser after disabling all of the plugins
