Subheader Padding

I am using a subheader padding of:

div#Subheader {

    padding: 570px 0 0px;

}

But on mobile, its too tall.  So I tried:

@media only screen and (min-width: 768px) {

div#Subheader {

    padding: 200px 0 0px;

}}

But it doesn't recognize the change.  Any ideas?
