In Backend-View for posts no settings for menue, options, seo etc. possible

Dear All,

in the post backend editor the settings for menue, options, seo etc. dissapeared.

in the page backend everything is ok.

What could be the reason please?

Restarting the computer and clearing the cache didn't help.

Hi,

Please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of the browser and check if the issue still exists.

Also, is your php version 7 or higher?

Is your WP and BeTheme up to date?

Do you use the Child Theme?

Hi Pablo,

I checked your proposals

WordPress 5.1.1 uses Theme Betheme Child.

PHP version is 7.0.33

SQL Status is 5.7.25

BeTheme ChangeLog 

Version 21.1.4

All PlugIns were deactivated.

Cache has been cleared.

But the situation is the same.

Also with new posts.

All pages are not affected.

Are there any other possibilities to fix the problem?

Hi Pablo,

sorry, I found the solution.

On pages the page options are arranged below the visual composer. Therefore I searched on the post pages in the lower section of the backend editor. Now I found the row with the post options collapsed above the visual composer.

May be you should harmonize the backend editor for pages and posts.
