Custom | ID not saving

for some reason when I add a "custom | id" to a section it doesn't save? All other areas of the section like Title are saving. As soon as I save I lose the text added. I'm trying to create #navigation for a one pager.

Please help if you can.

Hey,

can you please check in betheme>system status tab how much input_vars you have?

If there are a 1000, you have to increase it.
