Activating Muffin Builder

I searched the forum three times but I cannot find a forum topic on how to activate the muffin builder. Can you post a link here on how to activate muffin builder?

The Muffin Builder is activated by default.

Just edit the page and here it will be:

http://prntscr.com/n8yb6u

2) If you don't see these elements, click on the "Page Options" tab, maybe you hide it accidentally.
