I can see that your website is working fine.

To be honest, the Google Mobile Friendly tool is not good responsive checker.

As Can I see, on mobile it still looks great, so I do not know the problem at all.

Also, I do not see any issues in the console of the page.

Your theme is very old.

Please update it first, below I pasted you how to do it:

The problem with hamburger menu is not working because of CORS library which hasn’t been installed on your server.

More details about the CORS you can read on
http://enable-cors.org/server.html but we recommend to contact with your
server administrator this case because he will be able to help you for
sure.

I still ask you, to update the theme to the newest version.

There is a lot of improvements and new features, like the header builder.
