Theme Update Error: Package Contains No Files

We want to update our theme and have the correct license code. However, it keeps giving us this message. 

"An error occurred while updating Betheme: The Package could not be installed. The package contains no files. 

I've checked my license key - it is used only on one domain. The same problem with other two websites. Each of them has its own license key.

Does your website domain's name begins with the letter "W"?

Also, please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of your browser and try to update the theme.
