Icons not showing

Dear team,

I am trying to build my site, however in the options the icons are not showing instead everything is being shown as boxes.

Kindly check and fix

Please always attach a link so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost) then our help will be limited, you will have to contact us when the page is online. Also please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us the link.
It is always a good idea to also attach a screenshot, for that use services like snag.gy or pasteboard.co

Hi,

it’s because of CORS library which hasn’t been installed on your server.

More details about the CORS you can read on http://enable-cors.org/server.html but we recommend to contact with your server administrator this case because he will be able to help you for sure.

Hi, I contacted my host which is bluehost and they have said that CORS is installed correctly and have asked me to get back to you.

So now what do I do?

Bluehost support is saying that the CORS library is to be provided by the theme author and they have tried to re install the file but to no avail

An update, I have another site which is also on the same server and it was showing the icons correctly. The other site has all the same plugins except IgniteUp plugin by Ceylon Systems. Deactivating the plugin resolved the issue

Can you send here links to the screenshots of your conversation with the hosting provider?

Maybe did you misunderstood something.

So, is the problem resolved?
