Revolution Slider Error

Revolution slider is giving a 500 error and I cannot log-in to the admin panel. The plugin is no longer in the updated theme files for me to manually update via FTP. What can I do to fix this via FTP since I cannot access the admin panel?

Hi,

You should contact your hosting provider, it looks like the problem with your server configuration.

Ask them about the logs, they should recognize the problem after looking at the error message.

I did, and they said revolution slider is throwing the code.

Did you changed something in the files of the RevSlider or theme?

Is your PHP Version 7 or higher?

Is your theme and your WP up to date? 

Also, the "Revolution Slider" plugin should be able to download in BeTheme > Install Plugins, even if you removed it from the plugin's folder.

Do you use the Child Theme?

I cannot access the ADMIN panel. That's what I'm trying to explain. I can only do any updating via FTP. The theme is up to date, WP up to date, and I did use a child theme. I've tried completely removing BeTheme and adding back.

I was able to resolve by just purchasing the RevSlider plugin and replacing the files.
