Urgent: Issue with muffin builder causing php error and I cannot add google map

Hello,

I'm having .php error issue with Be theme, I believe I got this error after the latest theme updates?

Whenever I made a change and tried to see the preview or save the change, the error showed up (see below attached screen capture)

Then I come back to the website by typing the web url, it seems to be the change has been applied though...

Please advise.

Also, I'm trying to add google map to the page, but it simply doesn't work. 

Once I add the map item then preview >> nothing shows and the item disappeared on the builder. 

Please advise on it as well!!!

Is your WP up to date?

Is your PHP version 7 or higher?

Also, please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of your browser and check if the issue still exists.
