When I use the muffin builder after editing an element and closing the popup for that element the muffin builder is at the top again, and not where I was editing. Is it meant to do this?

Please update your theme to the newest version.

Also, please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache and check if the issue still exists.

It's usually problem related with the plugins.
