I can't update your theme

Good morning.

I made some sites with your theme, but on two of these sites I can't update.

If I update your theme, the content of the sites will be unpacked and I will only see blank pages.

On the first site I have version 21.1.0.4 and on the second I have version 21.1.1.1.

Do you use the Child Theme?

Also, please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of your browser and check if the issue still exists.

Yes of course. I use the Child Theme.

Before to contact you I tried it, but now I have the same problem.

Did you test to update the theme with parent theme enabled?

Also, is your PHP version 7 or higher?

No I had tried to update only with child theme enabled.

For both websites the php version is 7.1.2

Please try to update your theme with the parent theme.

Maybe the problem is somewhere in your customizations.
