Sorry but you would have to use javascript to redirect this whatsapp call. This is because the field thakes only 1 value, that is the phone number and this will not work with the whatsapp script. The icon has changed but you would have to contact a web developer to write a simple script that when a user clicks on that link, the call goes thru whatsapp. It should take him no longer that 30min. We unfortunaltelly do not help with such modifications. We only provide simple css for when the theme options cannot help.
