An error occurred while installing WPBakery Page Builder: Das Paket konnte nicht installiert werden.

Hi Muffingroup Team,

we just bought the betheme licence and installed betheme. We registered with the licence and wanted to activate the WPBakery page builder. 

http://api.muffingroup.com/plugins/download.php?code=XXX-XXX-XXX&plugin=js_composer 

But then we get the error message, wp-bakery file is empty and could not be installed

How can we solve this issue?
