Blank Page Template Not Showing Instant Messenger

Hi,

I have changed the following landing pages template to 'Blank Page' as I don't want any menu or footer: https://kpsdigitalmarketing.co.uk/linkedin-masterclass-kent/

I have an instant message widget which I have added via some code in the theme header (see it working in the bottom right hand side of our home screen:  https://kpsdigitalmarketing.co.uk/

Why is this not showing on the blank page temnplate landing page? How can I make this work like it does across the rest of the website?

Hello Dan,

this might be because the header and footer and not loading in the frontend. Ofcourse the header and footer still exist and the script should load.

Have you tried pasting the code in hooks?

theme options>global>hooks

There could be also a possibility that the blank page template does not load custom scripts.
