does betheme have problem with Xampp under windows?

Oh
i cant believe that , my project have many items and run fine with wordpress themes twentynineteen and even with GoodNews theme
but when i active betheme with default plugins like : mfn-header-builder,revslider,contact-form-7 or even just i active the theme, computer not responding!
i monitor that,it was for httpd.conf in xampp and cup usage is about 98%
many times i stop mysql and apache server but i steel have problem

if i install new theme and using the demo , its fine , when i import my news and pages / its not working

with this situation what should i do ?

Please tell me how can i found what is the problem and how to fix that ?

Hello,

sorry but this has to be something with your configuration of xamp.

We use it on xamp on a daily basis and many other users across the world as well. If this was an isse caused by the theme, would have known about it.

which version of xampp do you suggest for windows 7 ?

It's hard to say.

On my personal PC, I always use the latest version of XAMPP and it works fine.

Please reinstall your XAMPP and check, if the configuration of that software is correct.

in local host when i add something to home page its not working , i believ that this problem isn't related to xampp or anything else

its related to your theme and configuration

so please help me to fix that

1) It's very old pre-built website - their size was too high and we used a lot of custom css codes.

We stopped doing it like that some time ago and all of the newest demos will have better score.

2) We suggest to take a look at the php.ini file, maybe your php_memory_limit is too low (it should be 512MB) and php_max_input_vars limit should be 5000 or more.

Also, check if your PHP Version is 7 or higher.

Did you check your System Status in BeTheme > System Status?

2-Yes, my php and memory limit are ok

1) The newest pre-built websites are always on the top of the list of the pre-built websites here:
https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/splash/
It's descending by date.

2) Sorry, but it looks like it's the XAMPP configuration problem, not the theme - a lot of our customers uses it without any issues.

Did you reinstall it (with removing old configuration)

Did you try to use it on other device?
