Our site speed has gone down significantly since installing this theme as a replacement for our old site. We believe if is a main culprit in lower site visits. Our site is audiencebloom.com. we have a cache plugin installed but it only improved the speed slightly. Please advise.

Please do not use any "caching" plugins if your page is not ready - also as I can see, it broke your website, but even if it's done we suggest not to use it.
Also, the problem of slow loading of the website can be related to many things, the most usual are:
1) Too many plugins - they are the most common issue, please disable all of them (leave turned on only bundled plugins)
2) Poor server specifications - please test the betheme software on another server, you can migrate your website using this tool:

As you can see, all of our pre-built websites are loading fast, to it cannot be the theme's fault - I assume, the problem is related to these problems I described above.
