Cannot Download latest version of theme and Plugins to update site

I purchased the BeTheme on 9/16/18 from Theme Forest with a year of support. They use a 2 factor authentication app names Authy. My phone went bad and I can't authenticate with them to login and download the latest update.

I have the purchase ID but I probably should not post it in this. Can you help?

Hi,

We do not have any "2 factor authentication app" in our theme.

So, if this problem is made by this plugin, all what we can suggest is removing that plugin or disabling it.

Unfortunately, we do not support third-party plugins.
