Space below main menu (content overlapping)

Im not sure what ive done, but the content on my blog pages (main page and single post pages) overlaps the main heading / menu section of the page.

How do i create some space here or at least be able to adjust the padding above the content.

Hi,

That's because your header is transparent - that means it does not have any height value, that's why it's overlaps the content.

There are two ways to resolve that:

1) Applying additional top padding for the first section on every page.

2) Changing the Header type to "Classic" or other.
