outbound links muffin related pages widget

I am using a widget with related pages provided by the theme. Yoast is telling me no outbound links are on the page. its looks like the links are wrapped in html so not ure why its not picking it up?

is this because it doesn't pick up widget links?

Hi,

as we see, links are ok so to be honest we have no idea why Yoast don't see them. Everything on code side looks properly.
