BeTheme Main Menu not working on mobile

I have been having this issue periodically. Each time I need to restore from an old back up. I need the BeTheme's Menu to just transition from DeskTop to Tablet to Smart Phone. But on mobile - it disappears.

Please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of your browser and check if the issue still exists.

I did this. Nothing as of yet. Allowing for a few but this was one of the first things I did. Please advise.
