how to get a animated gif in betheme

i've read about putting gif's in correctly through a blank wordpress page, and they show how to import it in wordpress and make sure you choose "full size".  i was hoping you could tell me how to do it using the muffin builder?  every time i do it, it comes out static.  thanks!!

Hi,

Insert it in the "Image" item with "Full size"  and everything should be working fine.

Also, if this won't work, please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of the browser and check if the issue still exists.
